The Manitoba Government has extended a reversible tax credit to help support the adoption of solar technology by Manitoba Industry. Solarwall and Solarduct Systems are eligible to receive up to 10% of eligible capital costs.
This joins Federal incentives of $70 per m2, combined these savings amount to an average of 30% of the installed system cost. This is in line with the incentives provided by the Ontario and Saskatchewan governments. For a complete overview of incentives please contact us.
NRG Management’s President Bill Rodger was happy to join Minister of Science, Technology and Energy Jim Rondeau and the Vice President of Facilities Garry Mitchell (Assiniboine Credit Union) for the announcement at the site of Assiniboine’s branch located at 2659 Pembina Highway Winnipeg, MB. This branch was built as a green prototype on which to base future branch designs, NRG’s scope of work included a Solarwall system.
