We require both construction and support personnel such as:
CONSTRUCTION PERSONNEL
- Steamfitter/Pipefitter or Gas-fitter journeymen/journeywomen (w/ A ticket)
- w/ boiler installation + maintenance experience
- Plumber journeymen/journeywomen
- w/ commercial/industrial experience
- B ticket an asset
- Refrigeration journeymen/journeywomen
- w/ commercial/industrial experience
- B ticket and HVAC service experience an asset
- Sheet-metal journeymen/journeywomen
- w/ commercial/industrial experience
- Electrical journeymen/journeywomen
- w/ metering, HVAC controls, and commissioning experience
- power factor correction knowledge an asset
- Shop personnel
- w/ sheet-metal manufacturing experience
- welding experience an asset
- forklift certification an asset
- General construction workers
- mechanical or electrical construction experience beneficial but not necessary
- knowledge of construction industry and related safety practices is important
SUPPORT PERSONNEL
- Mechanical estimators & Project managers
- Superior knowledge of mechanical systems
- Excellent ability to read and understand engineering specs.
- With a minimum of 5 years experience or equivalent schooling (B.eng, LEED AP, PMP designations)
- Technical Salespeople
- Strong sales and customer relations skills
- With a minimum of 5 years experience in the construction sales industry or equivalent schooling (CET, MET, MBA, B.comm or B.BA)
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and renewable energy systems for buildings is beneficial
